Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days.

This includes:

  • Packaging

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped immediately.

  • Cost: €4

Free shipping on all orders over €50


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking becomes active within 24 hours

  • You can track your order via the carrier’s official website

  • After arrival in your country, your local courier will handle final delivery

Delivery Information

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

However, please note:

  • Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to customs inspections

  • Delays of up to 5 additional business days may occur in rare cases

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs, weather, or carrier disruptions)


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned

  • Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

  • If returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable charges at checkout.
